St Albans housegroups are small groups of our members which meet in people's homes for mutual learning, support and reflection on living for Jesus in our daily lives and work. Housegroups include Bible study, prayer and sharing of our lives and may meet weekly or fortnightly. Usually the groups share the leadership of a meeting among the members and determine their own topics and study material. Groups may also engage in social activities and service projects.
Housegroups are known as cell groups, care cells, Bible study groups and fellowship groups in other churches.
